fashion: valentino haute couture fall 2010
so apparently it's now fall?? at least it's heading in that direction, according to the suddenly cooler weather, month change, & return of deep colors & denim. to ease myself into this season change, i'm going to very slowly incorporate dark colors into my fun & summery wardrobe. i'm not quite ready for burgundy & army green, but i'll let some LBDs creep in! basically, i'll do what the folks over at valentino did for their fall 2010 haute couture collection. here's a sampling from the runway, where they mixed...
pale, pretty colors...
with pretty details like bows...
& ruffles...
with black pieces in the same soft & feminine style...
and some great black & white garments...
... and of course,
a couple chic dresses in the signature valentino red!
now, this being couture, there were a few *unique* outfits...
...and it being fall, there were a few killer coats:
all-in-all : amazing collection.
